Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel an order, you must send us an email. Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered the shipping process. “Shipping Process” means your order is prepared to ship from the warehouse. Or, it has already shipped. Once it is picked and ready to ship from the manufacturer it cannot be canceled.

Shipping:

All shipping prices quoted are for the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Most orders are shipped within 5 to 14 days after payment clears. Depending on where they are shipped, it will take 4–7 weeks to be received. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you ASAP and money will be refunded.

During the Holiday Season, our shipping may be delayed up to 48 hours. Please allow more time during the Holiday Season for your product to ship and arrive.

FireplaceHaven.com is not liable for any time guarantees in shipping. We are not liable for any monetary loss incurred by our customers if delivery takes longer than expected.

Returns:

We guarantee against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any product.
